    Return and Exchange Policy

    • Item(s) may be returned within 30 days of delivery date.
    • Personalized or custom item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • All items will need a Return Authorization Number (see “Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)” below).
    • Item(s) must be in original condition and unused. (that means all packaging, warranty cards, manuals, documentation and all accessories must be returned as well).
    • Unless the return is due to a Maurer Sales error, the purchase is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
    • Shipping charges must be prepaid on all returned shipments. We also recommend that you insure all returned packages for your protection. Maurer Sales is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, pilfered, or damaged.
    • Unless the return is due to a Maurer Sales shipping error, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping charges, including freight charges on large items.
    • Once each item is received and inspected we will issue a refund, exchange, or credit for the value of the item, including applicable taxes.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Exchange Policy

    You may exchange any item, except personalized or custom items, purchased on our website within 30 days of the ship date. You must notify us before returning the product, and pay for return shipping yourself. In the event of an approved exchange, no restocking fee will be applied.

    Request A Return Merchandise Authorization

    All product returns require a Maurer Sales Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, please follow this procedure. Any returns received without an RMA can be refused.

    We’ll need the following:

      • Your Maurer Sales Order Number (located in your confirmation emails)
      • A description of the item(s) you would like to return
      • Reason for the return

    As long as your reason for return is valid, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization. Remember, we must receive returns within 30 days of the original ship date.

    How to Return Your Items to Us

      1. Package the items in the original shipment packaging
      2. Include a copy of the original Packing Slip (with the reason for return)
      3. Write your Return Merchandise Authorization on the outside of the box
      4. Send package to:

    Your return will be processed as quickly as possible but may take up to 30 days. The time that it takes for a “credit” to appear on your monthly statement varies by credit card company. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear.

    Please note that all returns must be complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original boxes and packing materials. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
